The goal of our support policy is to ensure that your questions get answered. We are committed to making our customers successful with our products.

We offer two options for support:
Customers who purchase our products have the option of purchasing a support subscription.
A support subscription entitles customers to all product updates (newer versions of existing functionality) as they become available.
A support subscription also entitles customers to unlimited email support, and phone support when necessary.
We provide a secure online portal for registering product queries and issues, requests for new features, etc.
For customers who do not purchase a support subscription, or for evaluators who would occasionally like more comprehensive answers to their queries, we offer ad hoc phone/email support in hourly increments.
