SiberSafe S1000D Edition classifies and organizes S1000D data modules and other S1000D content objects in the knowledge model using assembly, functional, or SNS classification relationships. Once classified, S1000D data modules can be easily found and automatically aggregated. Some content in the data modules themselves can be automatically generated based on how the modules have been classified. For example, when a new component description data module is instantiated, SiberSafe automatically generates and inserts into the data module's body a bulleted list of available sub-components and performed functions.
