"Tokyo Electron (TEL) makes, sells and services semiconductor equipment throughout the world. SiberSafe has streamlined the Technical Publications production process by taking our XML content all the way from the author's fingertips to published PDF and HTML manuals. The client-side interoperability with the Epic XML Editor, and the server-side integration with the Antenna House XSL-Formatter FO Publishing Engine, automates the entire process of creating and revising 700-page manuals to a couple of mouse clicks. SiberSafe has saved us time and money."

"Just a short note to say thanks to you and the support team for all the efforts you have made over recent months to improve your service and SiberSafe. The communication is a lot better and the improved release notes are extremely helpful. We have successfully moved onto build 979. Your efforts are much appreciated. Thanks."

"Our experience with SiberLogic during our implementation has been very good. The quality of responses we receive go beyond simply correcting any issue but also provide alternatives and best practice suggestions.
We find that the experts in the system are always close at hand and there is a strong feeling of collaboration happening on the SiberLogic side. In addition, SiberLogic has a 24 hour work cycle and this allows them to deal with larger migration or code related problems in a shorter timeline than other companies. In other words, when a quick answer from the expert isn’t forthcoming, the rest of the team can dig deeper and provide responses on an accelerated timeline. This coupled with their online support system means that you can put in a ticket at EOD, and have a progress before you arrive at the office on the following day.
The support teams actually work on our implementation using the same load builds and even the same databases in many cases. They have either walked us through upgrades or have offered to perform them and no cost. When we need to provide data to the support team, they are quick to ask questions and raise issues related to the work they need to do and as such allow us to proceed more quickly with less ambiguity.
Finally, frequent, non-sales related checkpoints and follow-up calls from the SiberLogic team allow for informal discussions and provide a venue for non critical items to be addressed."
